Job Overview

We are hiring a energetic Assistant Project Manager to bridge the gap between project strategy and site execution. This role requires a strong leader who can drive site progress, manage client relationships with diplomacy, and oversee core financial checkpoints like project billing.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in overseeing the end-to-end execution of both structural and finishing works.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants, ensuring regular updates and smooth relationship management.
Lead, mentor, and coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and contractors to maintain timeline momentum.
Review contractor bills, client billing progress,



and change orders (variations).
Ensure project execution adheres strictly to approved budgets, quality benchmarks, and safety norms.

Requirements & Skills
Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering with solid project coordination experience.
Comprehensive technical knowledge spanning structural concrete work through to micro-level finishing.
Robust leadership qualities with a track record of handling client meetings confidently.
Good understanding of billing processes, measurements, and cost control.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
