About Akshaya Chaitanya
Akshaya Chaitanya, an initiative of HKM Charitable Foundation, operates the Swasthya Ahara Program, providing nutritious meals to patient caregivers across government hospitals in Mumbai. We are looking for a passionate operations qualified to ensure seamless execution of this high-impact program.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise meal distribution operations across 20+ government hospitals.

· Ensure timely meal service while maintaining hygiene, discipline, and service etiquette.

· Coordinate with hospital authorities to resolve operational issues such as distribution space, drinking water, handwashing facilities, and other site requirements.

· Manage attendance, deployment, and day-to-day issues of volunteers and field staff.

· Prepare monthly attendance and salary sheets.

· Collect meal acknowledgement records from all hospitals and maintain documentation.

· Establish operations at newly onboarded hospitals, including manpower hiring, site readiness, and implementation of operating procedures.





· Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with organisational standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Graduate in any discipline.

· 10 –12 years of experience in multi-site operations, facility management, hospital operations, food services, hospitality, or similar field operations.

· Solid leadership and problem-solving abilities.

· Comfortable travelling extensively across Mumbai.

· Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

· Fluent in Hindi and Marathi; basic English preferred.

Preferred Industries

Hospital Operations, Facility Management, Institutional Catering, Hospitality, Quick Service Restaurants, Security Services, Retail Operations, Logistics, Housekeeping Services, or NGO field operations.
