Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to oversee and manage production operations in our elevator manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the elevator manufacturing industry and should be capable of ensuring productive production planning, quality control, and timely delivery while maintaining safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned schedule.
Monitor manufacturing processes to maintain quality standards.
Coordinate with the Design, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Installation teams.
Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization to improve productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Monitor production costs and implement process improvement initiatives.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Resolve production-related issues and minimize downtime.
Lead, train,



and motivate the production team for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Elevator Manufacturing Industry (Mandatory).
Robust knowledge of elevator manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality management.
Experience in handling production teams and shop floor operations.
Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems will be an added advantage.
