About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive OTA Analyst to join our team in Kozhikode. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing online travel agency platforms, handling reservations, maintaining accurate property information, and supporting strategies to improve bookings and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage online travel agency (OTA) platforms and property listings.
Update room availability, rates, property details, images, and other listing information.
Manage reservations, bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
Coordinate with property owners and internal teams regarding availability and bookings.
Ensure property information is accurate, updated, and consistent across OTA platforms.
Monitor listing performance and identify opportunities to improve visibility and bookings.
Assist in implementing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Resolve booking-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely solutions.
Provide excellent support and service to guests when required.
Prepare and maintain relevant reports related to bookings, revenue, and OTA performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills
1–3 years of experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.




Hands-on experience with OTA platforms and reservation management.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Positive coordination and teamwork abilities.
Ability to communicate effectively with property owners and internal teams.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Good understanding of the hospitality and vacation rental industry is an added advantage.
Fluency in English and the local language is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
