Teach Basics: Introduce the Marathi alphabet (Mulakshare), phonics, word formation, and straightforward sentence structures.
Design Activities: Create interactive lessons using poems, action songs, storytelling, and language games.
Develop Skills: Build foundational listening, speaking, reading, and writing (LSRW) skills.
Assess Learning:



Evaluate students through oral recitations, dictation (Shrutlekh) tests, and creative worksheets.
Manage Classrooms: Maintain a patient, warm, and highly engaging classroom workplace suitable for young children.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marathi (B.A.) or any graduate degree with Marathi as a main subject.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
