Job Description:

We are looking for a Store In-Charge for our RMC Plant at Dahej. The candidate will be responsible for managing raw materials, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain stock of raw materials used in RMC plant operations.
Maintain accurate inventory records for inward and outward material movement & Vehicle.
Coordinate with plant operations, procurement, and vendors for material requirements.
Ensure proper storage, handling.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Maintain proper documentation, GRNs, challans, and bills.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store area.
Use basic computer applications (MS Excel, Word,



inventory software if any) for record keeping.

Candidate Requirements:
Basic Graduate (any discipline).
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
Understanding of raw material management.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in RMC plant or construction material handling.
Knowledge of inventory control systems.
Ability to work independently.

Only candidates with prior experience in an RMC / Ready Mix Concrete Plant will be considered.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
