Job description:

We are looking for a smart, polite, and customer-friendly Front Office Boys to join our hotel team. You will help ensure the guests have a smooth and pleasant stay.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude
Handle check-in and check-out procedures
Manage reservations
Assist guests with queries, requests, and hotel information
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
Maintain records and update the system regularly
Handle billing, payments, and basic cashiering
Resolve guest issues politely and efficiently
