Job Summary:
we are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executive to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and support sales activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer calls and enquiries.
Explain products, services, offers, and pricing clearly.
Generate and follow up on sales leads.
Maintain customer information and call records.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Resolve basic customer queries and coordinate with the relevant team when required.




Maintain qualified communication with customers.

Requirements:
10th/12th pass or Graduate.
Freshers can apply; telecalling/sales experience is an advantage.
Valuable verbal communication skills in English and/or local languages.
Basic computer knowledge.
Confident, polite, and customer-friendly personality.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
