Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities in our ceramic/vitrified tiles manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets, maintaining product quality, managing manpower, and ensuring smooth and protected production operations.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities and ensure achievement of production targets.
Manage and allocate manpower as per production requirements.
Monitor production processes and ensure smooth machine operations.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Electrical, and other departments for uninterrupted production.
Monitor product quality and take corrective action for production-related issues.
Minimize production losses, rejection, wastage, and downtime.
Maintain proper production records, reports, and shift-wise data.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety rules, and production standards.




Identify production problems and coordinate with concerned departments for timely solutions.
Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices in the production area.
Conduct shift handovers and communicate production status to the management.
Train and guide workers and ensure discipline on the shop floor.

Candidate Requirements
Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Mechanical, Production, Ceramic Engineering, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in ceramic tiles, vitrified tiles, or similar manufacturing industry.
Good knowledge of production processes and shop-floor operations.
Good manpower handling and team management skills.
Ability to work in shifts.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong focus on production targets, quality, and safety.

Preferred Experience

Experience in ceramic/vitrified tile manufacturing, especially in production operations such as Press, Dryer, Kiln, Glazing, Polishing, or Packing, will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
