Act as the primary point of contact between corporate office and assigned centers.
Ensure smooth communication and coordination regarding operations, admissions, training, marketing activities, and company updates.
Regularly follow up with centers for reports, requirements, and pending tasks.
Resolve center-level concerns and coordinate with respective departments for timely support.
Monitor center performance and maintain proper relationship management.
Ensure company policies, SOPs, and processes are properly implemented at centers.
Coordinate with trainers, operations, sales, and management teams for smooth execution of activities.
Conduct regular meetings and maintain robust engagement with center teams.
Share feedback, updates, and escalation reports with management whenever required.
Support in planning and execution of events, campaigns, and operational activities.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
