Key Responsibilities
●Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit formalities.
●Handle HR operations and policy implementation.
●Drive employee engagement & grievance handling.
●Coordinate training & learning development activities.
●Maintain employee records and handle general administrative tasks.
●Support day-to-day employee lifecycle management.
Requirements:
●1–2 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations.
●Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
●Proactive, organized, and growth-oriented mindset.
●Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
