Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Fashion Consultants (Male) to join our retail stores. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining store standards, and delivering an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain strong product knowledge, including sizes, styles, collections, and offers.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain proper visual merchandising and store presentation.
Ensure products are properly displayed, tagged, and replenished.
Support stock management, inventory checks, and store housekeeping.
Maintain knowledge of daily sales, targets, KPIs,



and promotional schemes.
Assist in billing and other store operations whenever required.
Build valuable relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
Follow all company policies, SOPs, and grooming standards.

Candidate Requirements
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: 1–3 years in Apparel/Fashion/Retail preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.
Presentable personality with positive grooming.
Ability to work in a team and handle a quick-paced retail environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
