Handle customer orders from development stage to final shipment.
Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, production, sampling, quality and other departments.
Follow up on samples, approvals, materials, trims and accessories.
Prepare and maintain order details, T&A;, costing and production follow-up sheets.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure orders are completed as per buyer requirements and delivery schedules.
Follow up on raw materials, leather, lining, trims and packing materials.
Communicate with buyers regarding order status, approvals, changes and delivery schedules.
Monitor production progress and immediately highlight delays or issues to management.
Ensure buyer specifications, quality requirements and delivery timelines are followed.




Coordinate with the Quality Department for inspections and corrective actions.
Maintain proper merchandising records and order-related documents.
Support shipment planning and coordinate with logistics for on-time dispatch.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
