Job Title : Business Operations Coordinator
Employment Type : Full-Time | Work From Office
Location : Sector 63, Noida
Pay Scale : 8k to 10k + salary revision after 1 month based on performance.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Operations Executive to assist with day-to-day business operations, vendor coordination, e-commerce support, task tracking, online registrations, and general administrative activities.

The role is suitable for someone who is organized, comfortable working with assigned tasks, follows up effectively, and can support team members whenever required.

Key Responsibilities
Vendor & External Coordination
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners.
Follow up on pending orders, and deliverables.
Maintain transparent communication and ensure tasks are completed on time.
E-commerce & Amazon Support
Assist with Amazon product listing-related activities.
Coordinate and arrange product images and listing creatives.
Create or edit basic product images using tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
Task & Work Tracker Management
Maintain daily/weekly work trackers for ongoing activities.
Track assigned tasks, deadlines,



pending work, and completed work.
Follow up with team members on pending tasks.
Keep operational records organized and up to date.
Online Registrations & Business Support
Complete online registrations, applications, submissions, and basic documentation as required.
Assist with basic online research and business-related requirements.

Required Skills
Good communication and coordination skills.
Robust follow-up and task management ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
Comfortable using websites, online portals, and business platforms.
Valuable attention to detail.
Ability to work independently.

Who We Are Looking For

Experience

0–6 months of experience in operations, e-commerce, administration, coordination, or a similar role.
Graduation must be completed.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
