Job Description – Senior Executive – Warehouse

Department: Supply Chain / Warehouse

Experience: 3–6 Years

Location: As per business requirement

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations including inward, storage, picking and dispatch.
Maintain accurate inventory and conduct regular stock reconciliation.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO, proper storage, hygiene and safety standards.
Verify received and dispatched materials with proper documentation.
Monitor stock shortages, excess, damages and expiry.
Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily work.
Prepare daily/weekly stock and warehouse reports.
Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Production and Finance teams.
Ensure timely system/ERP updates and compliance with SOPs.

Requirements
Graduate preferred; logistics/supply chain qualification is an advantage.
3–6 years of warehouse experience, preferably in F&B;/FMCG.
Valuable knowledge of inventory management and MS Excel.
Solid team handling, coordination and problem-solving skills.
