Support the development and implementation of business process improvements.
Assist in validating solutions to ensure they meet business needs and objectives.

Robust analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
Ability to synthesize complex information and present it in a transparent and concise manner.
Experience in mapping business processes and designing system integrations.
Capability to conduct detailed research and data gathering to support business analysis.
