George Maijo Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Manager to lead our service operations and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee day-to-day service centre operations.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the service team.
Ensure timely and quality completion of vehicle servicing and repairs.
Drive customer satisfaction and handle customer concerns and escalations.
Monitor service quality, productivity, revenue, and operational KPIs.
Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, and other departments.
Ensure compliance with Maruti Suzuki service standards, processes, and safety procedures.
Analyse service reports and implement improvements to operational efficiency.




Maintain solid customer relationships and contribute to customer retention.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant experience in automobile service operations, preferably in a dealership environment.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
Valuable knowledge of automobile service processes and workshop operations.
Ability to manage teams and achieve operational targets.
