Role & responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding diagnostic services, test availability, pricing, and preparation guidelines.
Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments through the internal system accurately.
Explain test procedures, sample collection details, and home visit options.
Coordinate with lab technicians, phlebotomists, and collection centres as required.
Handle service-related issues, escalate medical concerns appropriately, and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain updated and accurate patient records in the system.
Follow up with patients regarding reports, delays, or additional requirements.
Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.




Meet daily and weekly call handling targets and maintain service quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile
High school diploma or graduate degree; background in healthcare or life sciences is preferred.
Prior experience in a call centre or patient-facing healthcare role preferred.
Familiarity with medical terminology and diagnostic procedures is desirable.
Comfortable working with CRM, appointment booking software, or lab management systems.
Empathetic, calm under pressure, and attentive to patient needs.

Freshers are welcome.

Candidates with any degree and valuable communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
