Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Production Incharge to oversee and manage end-to-end footwear manufacturing operations at our Bahadurgarh facility. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production flow, maintaining quality standards, and achieving production targets.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily production activities in the footwear manufacturing unit
Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines
Monitor and improve productivity, efficiency, and cost control
Maintain quality standards across all stages of footwear production
Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and store departments
Handle manpower planning, shift management, and worker discipline
Ensure compliance with safety and factory regulations
Identify process improvements and implement best practices

Requirements
A diploma or ITI qualification is acceptable
Experience in footwear manufacturing (Will be add-on)




Strong knowledge of production processes and shop floor management
Good leadership and team management skills
Ability to handle high-volume production environments
Basic understanding of quality control and safety standards

Preferred Candidate Profile
Diploma / ITI candidates with relevant production experience
Prior experience in footwear or similar manufacturing industry
Willing to relocate to Bahadurgarh, Haryana
