Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer to manage and supervise the manufacturing process of Wax Casted Brass Artware & Artificial Jewellery. The candidate should have robust knowledge of the complete Lost Wax Casting Process, production planning, quality control, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the complete wax casting production process.
Plan daily production according to orders and production targets.
Coordinate with wax, tree setting, casting, grinding, polishing, and finishing teams.
Monitor production quality and minimize defects and wastage.
Identify and solve production-related problems.
Maintain production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
Improve production efficiency and manufacturing processes.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of production equipment.
Maintain production records and quality standards.




Manage and guide production workers and team members.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in Wax Casting, Brass Artware, or Artificial Jewellery Manufacturing preferred.
Strong knowledge of the Lost Wax Casting Process.
Experience in production planning and quality control.
Ability to handle production teams and solve manufacturing issues.
Good communication and team management skills.
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field preferred.
