Job Summary:
The Coordinator cum Counsellor will be responsible for managing day-to-day branch operations, handling student counselling, coordinating academic activities, and ensuring smooth communication between students, faculty, and management. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability.

Counselling & Student Support
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, fees, admission process, and career opportunities.
Guide students to choose suitable courses based on their academic background and goals.
Follow up with prospective students through calls, messages, and meetings.
Maintain student records and counselling reports.
Handle inquiries (walk-ins, calls, online) and maintain follow-ups

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Education/Management preferred).
Experience in counselling or front office/administration roles preferred.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email, CRM management).
Ability to multitask, manage time well, and work in a rapid-paced workplace.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
