Job Description – Despatch Assistant Supervisor

Department: Despatch

Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily despatch activities and ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Accounts and Delivery teams.
Verify finished goods quantity, quality, packing and dispatch documents.
Prepare and maintain dispatch records and reports.
Monitor loading, unloading and proper handling of goods.
Ensure dispatches are made according to customer and delivery requirements.
Update dispatch details in the computer system/Excel.
Maintain proper documentation of invoices, delivery notes and dispatch records.
Monitor the dispatch area and ensure proper arrangement of finished goods.
Guide and supervise despatch assistants and loading staff.
Report shortages, damages or dispatch-related issues to the concerned manager.




Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Qualification
Degree
Basic computer knowledge and working knowledge of MS Excel/Word.
Previous experience in Despatch/Stores/Logistics is preferred.

Required Skills
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of inventory and dispatch procedures.
Ability to maintain records and handle documentation.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Team-handling and problem-solving ability.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing/printing setting.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
