Supervise day-to-day reception and front office operations.
Lead and manage the reception team effectively.
Prepare duty rosters and manage shift allocation.
Ensure smooth patient registration and appointment scheduling.
Manage OPD, IPD, Emergency and visitor enquiries.
Ensure accurate patient data entry in HIS/HMIS.
Monitor patient waiting time and ensure smooth patient flow.
Handle patient and attendant queries and complaints.
Coordinate with Billing, Nursing, TPA, OPD, Diagnostics, Pharmacy and other departments.
Coordinate with doctors and consultants regarding appointments and schedules.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming and discipline.
Conduct daily team briefings and allocate work.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
