Generate accurate invoices, bills, and sales entries using Ornate Software.
Handle customer billing for gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery products.
Ensure correct application of making charges, wastage, discounts, taxes, and GST.
Maintain and update customer records in the system.
Verify product details, weights, purity, and pricing before billing.
Process various payment modes including cash, card, UPI, bank transfer, and finance schemes.
Handle sales returns, exchanges, and credit notes as per company policy.
Coordinate with sales staff and inventory team for smooth billing operations.
Prepare daily billing reports and reconcile cash and payment collections.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Assist customers with billing-related queries in a skilled manner.




Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial and customer data.

Required Skills:
Mandatory knowledge of Ornate Jewellery ERP Software.
Basic understanding of jewellery billing processes.
Knowledge of GST and taxation applicable to jewellery retail.
Proficiency in MS Excel and computer operations.
Strong numerical and calculation skills.
Positive communication and customer-handling abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in billing.
Ability to work efficiently during peak sales hours.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
