Job Title: Green Energy Projects Engineer

Job Location: Gujarat / Kharkhoda / Manesar / Gurgaon

Required Qualification: Diploma (Electrical, Electronics Engineering)

Required Experience: Diploma: 4 - 9 Years

Job Responsibilities:
Manage & supervise site activities including safety checks, PO & Invoice management, Project Reporting etc.
Support end-to-end execution of solar projects from tenders to commissioning.
Assist in feasibility studies, energy yield assessments, and financial analysis.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation under guidance of senior managers.
Supervise contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution.
Ensure compliance with regulatory approvals, grid connection requirements, and safety standards.
Prepare documentation including BOQs, drawings, and commissioning reports.

Competencies / Skills:




Hands-on expertise in utility-scale solar projects, transmission & distribution at MV/EHV level.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, or similar design tools.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Problem-solving mindset with eagerness to learn.
Familiarity with project management basics (MS Project/Excel).

Must Have:
Experience in Electrical Projects.
AutoCad, MSOffice (PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience in Utility Projects
Specification finalization of Electrical Equipment.
Costing and Budget Estimation.

Nice to Have:
MS Projects
Solar Installation Experience
Able to understand and Implement Electrical Drawings.
