Build and manage relationships with artists, celebrities, creators, influencers, media, brands, and strategic partners.
Identify and pitch collaboration prospects that align with our vision.
Lead outreach, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
Coordinate end-to-end partnerships—from the first conversation to signed agreements and successful execution.
Work closely with Legal, Marketing, Production, Music, and Leadership teams.
Manage media relations, press releases, interviews, and brand communications.
Build and maintain a strong network across the entertainment, media, and creator ecosystem.

What We're Looking For
3–5 years of experience in PR, Artist Relations, Talent Management, Strategic Partnerships, Media, or Business Development.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.




Robust relationship-building and networking abilities.
Ability to manage multiple collaborations simultaneously.
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
