Key Responsibilities
Collect and analyse sales, stock and distribution data.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
Analyse product-wise, salesman-wise, route-wise and area-wise sales performance.
Track sales targets, achievements and growth trends.
Identify slow-moving and fast-moving products.
Analyse inventory levels, ageing stock and stock movement.
Prepare management dashboards and performance reports.
Monitor customer/shop coverage, billing and sales productivity.
Identify unusual trends, data errors and performance gaps.
Prepare forecasts and provide insights for sales and stock planning.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse and Management teams for required data.
Maintain accurate databases and reporting formats.
Automate recurring reports wherever possible.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Positive knowledge of Pivot Tables,



XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF formulas and charts.
Knowledge of Power BI will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of SQL or other data-analysis tools is preferred.
Solid numerical and analytical skills.
Ability to present complex data in a simple and understandable format.
Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification
B.Com / BBA / BCA / B.Sc / Statistics / Mathematics / Computer Science or related qualification.
Candidates with relevant experience in FMCG, sales analytics or MIS reporting will be preferred.
Freshers with strong Excel and analytical skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
