Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day branch and distribution operations.
Prepare sales invoices, delivery invoices, credit notes and debit notes accurately.
Process billing through the accounting software.
Coordinate with the sales team, warehouse, accounts and delivery staff for smooth order processing.
Receive and verify sales orders and ensure timely billing and dispatch.
Check product availability, pricing, discounts and schemes before billing.
Prepare delivery documents and coordinate with the warehouse for order dispatch.
Maintain proper records of invoices, orders, returns, cancelled bills and delivery documents.
Handle sales returns, replacement bills and billing-related corrections.
Coordinate with customers regarding orders, invoices, payments and delivery status when required.
Assist in stock coordination and report any discrepancies to the concerned department.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of all operational and billing records.
Follow company policies, billing procedures and internal controls.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration or any relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in billing, sales coordination, distribution, FMCG or wholesale operations preferred.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/billing software.
Solid coordination and communication skills.
Good numerical and analytical ability.
Accuracy and attention to detail in billing and documentation.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
