Job Role
Manager- Graphics - Packaging – Studio Graphics Packing operations are responsible for Understanding the brief given by OAP team for creation of Graphics as per the channel requirement & packaging, create Graphics by incorporating the brief and provide creative inputs during creation, the role works closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive operations growth, consumer engagement, and business objectives

Roles & Responsibilities
Quality of Creatives / Innovation (Ideation & Communication)
Enhance Graphics creatives with ideation and proper execution
Give own Creative Ideas / Innovation / Scripting. Rating Scale 1 - 5 based on Ideation, Communication and Execution.
Execution Excellence
Conformity with channel standards-Levels (0% disruption on air)
Quality Creative output Rating Scale 1 to 5 based on graphics packing
Productivity (Quantity/ Deliveries)
Ensure Productivity as per benchmarks & Efficient Studio Utilization
Maintain balance between Quantity & Quality
TAT and Optimum utilization of edits




Current Softwares capability - Unreal / Flame, Mid Joureney
Improve Software Skills, Prompting, Ideation Skills, - New Process Implementation &results;
People Management skills Adhere to new automation
Award winning creatives - recent process implementation.
Stakeholder Management
Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders – Programming, OAP, Digital archiving, TC &Capsuling.;

Job Requirement

Experience & Qualification:

o Graduation with 3–6 years of experience in Graphics Packaging (Media or Non-Media background)

o Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe After Effects, 3ds Max (or) Cinema 4d, Adobe Photoshop

o Interacting with present and potential clients to understand short-term and long-term needs and capabilities of the team and infrastructure for offline line & New Software capability.

o Develop processes to ensure optimal productivity.

o Efficient knowledge of broadcast Parameter
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work in a high-paced, creative environment.
Excellent communication skills and robust stakeholder management capabilities.
