Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Store In-Charge Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory movement, material receipts, and stock records. Freshers with valuable communication and basic computer knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store and warehouse operations.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against invoices, purchase orders, and delivery documents.
Maintain accurate records of inward and outward materials.
Issue materials to respective departments as per approved requirements.
Maintain stock registers and ensure inventory records are updated regularly.
Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned team about shortages or excess stock.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage, identification, labeling, and organization of materials.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production,



Accounts, and other departments for material requirements.
Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue slips, stock reports, and other store-related documents.
Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards within the store.
Support periodic inventory audits and stock reconciliation.
Follow company procedures for material handling and inventory control.

Requirements
Education: Any Degree / Diploma; relevant technical qualification is an added advantage.
Experience: Fresher to 2 years in Stores, Warehouse, Inventory, or Material Management.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of inventory and stock management.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with different departments.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,364.40 per month
