We are seeking a skilled CNC Bending Setter (Press Brake Setter) to program, set up, and operate CNC press brake machines for precision sheet metal bending.

Responsibility:
Set punches and dies according to job requirements.
Perform machine setup for current parts and changeovers.
Adjust machine parameters for accurate bending.
Create, modify, and optimize bending programs.
Calculate bend allowance and bend deduction.
Support operators during production.
Ensure production targets are achieved.
Minimize rework and rejection.
Follow 5S practice and safety procedures.
Perform basic machine and tooling maintenance checks.

Requirement :
Solid knowledge of CNC Press Brake setup.
Ability to read engineering and sheet metal drawings.
Knowledge of bend calculations and tooling selection.
Experience in CNC programming and troubleshooting.
Ability to use measuring instruments and angle gauges.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
