We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, explaining company services, and supporting business growth.
Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business prospects and leads
Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and messages
Explain company services and business solutions to clients
Build and maintain robust client relationships with regular follow-ups
Assist the senior sales team in closing deals and business conversions
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities
Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements
Achieve monthly business development and sales targets
