We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Google & Meta Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

The candidate should have solid expertise in performance marketing, lead generation, conversion optimization, audience targeting, campaign analytics, and budget management. The candidate should be capable of independently managing multiple client campaigns and delivering measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram campaigns
Develop performance marketing strategies based on client objectives and target audiences
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience research, and market analysis
Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective utilization of advertising spend
Monitor and optimize CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and other KPIs




Develop and implement lead generation, remarketing, retargeting, and conversion campaigns
Perform A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies
Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
Analyze campaign data and identify prospects for improving performance and ROI
Coordinate with designers, video editors, content teams, and clients for advertising creatives
Prepare detailed campaign performance reports and provide strategic recommendations
Troubleshoot campaign and tracking issues and implement appropriate solutions
Stay updated with Google Ads and Meta Ads platform updates, policies, algorithms, and industry trends
Manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously
Take ownership of campaign performance and achieve defined lead generation, conversion, and revenue targets

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
