Job Summary

The Purchase Executive manages the sourcing and procurement of materials, negotiates with suppliers, monitors inventory requirements, and ensures uninterrupted availability of materials for manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, reliability, and delivery performance.
Obtain quotations and compare prices from multiple vendors.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
Coordinate with production, stores, quality, and accounts departments regarding material requirements.
Track order status and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Maintain supplier databases and procurement records.




Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders.
Resolve supplier-related issues such as shortages, delays, and quality concerns.
Conduct market research to identify cost-saving prospects and alternative suppliers.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Assist in vendor audits and supplier performance evaluations.
Prepare procurement reports, MIS reports, and purchase analyses.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
