Job Title: HR Intern (Night Shift)

Duration: 3–6 Months (Internship)
Stipend: 5000-10,000

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team during the night shift. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates and screening resumes.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate and employee records accurately.
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation.
Support onboarding and employee documentation.
Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
Handle basic HR administrative tasks as assigned.
Ensure confidentiality of employee and candidate information.

Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or a related field.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
Solid organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently during the night shift.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Skills
Experience using job portals such as LinkedIn or Naukri is a plus.
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
