Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective customers for PCD Pharma Franchise and Third Party Manufacturing business.
Generate new leads through calling, WhatsApp, email, website enquiries and other sources.
Explain the company’s product portfolio, PCD franchise opportunities, Third Party Manufacturing services, pricing and promotional schemes to clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and business opportunities.
Follow up regularly with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed orders/business deals.
Handle customer objections professionally and negotiate wherever required to close sales.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with distributors, franchise partners, stockists and pharma companies.
Handle Third Party Manufacturing enquiries regarding product requirements, formulations, packaging, quantities, pricing and order status.
Prepare and share product lists, quotations, price lists and promotional material with prospective clients.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Dispatch and Accounts teams for smooth execution of confirmed orders.
Follow up with customers regarding payments, outstanding amounts,



dispatches and repeat orders.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution with the concerned department.
Maintain complete and updated records of leads, calls, follow-ups, enquiries, orders and customer details in Excel/CRM.
Maintain a proper daily call and follow-up report and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the reporting manager.
Follow up on old/inactive customers and generate repeat business.
Identify potential markets, customer requirements and competitor activities and share relevant feedback with management.
Coordinate with the marketing team for proper follow-up of digital marketing leads and promotional campaigns.
Achieve assigned daily calling, lead conversion and monthly sales targets.
Maintain qualified communication with clients and represent Saphnix Life Sciences positively.
Perform any other sales and business-development responsibilities assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹15,414.09 - ₹39,970.20 per month
