Sales & Lead Management

1)Generate and qualify new sales leads through calls, emails, websites, social media, and other sales channels.

2)Follow up on inquiries received from customers, dealers, distributors, and online platforms.

3)Achieve monthly and quarterly sales target assigned by management.

Customer Relationship Management

1)Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

2)Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.

3)Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

4)Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and product information to customers.

Sales Coordination

1)Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and follow-up details in CRM or company systems.

2)Coordinate with the Senior Sales Manager regarding sales opportunities and customer requirements.

3)Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly sales reports.

Digital & Online Sales Support

1)Monitor inquiries received through the company website, social media platforms, and e-commerce portals.

Required Skills & Competencies

1)Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

2)Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

3)Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling.

4)Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace.

5)Valuable knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
