We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically skilled L1 Desktop Engineer to provide first-level technical support to end users. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting desktop, laptop, software, hardware, printer, and basic network-related issues and ensuring timely resolution of user queries.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L1 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software-related issues.
Troubleshoot Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and other commonly used applications.
Perform installation and configuration of software, drivers, antivirus, and system updates.
Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, IP, DNS, DHCP, and network connectivity issues.
Configure and troubleshoot printers, scanners,



and other peripheral devices.
Provide remote and onsite technical support to users.
Handle user account setup, password resets, and basic Active Directory-related tasks.
Maintain IT asset records and update system/service documentation.
Log, track, and close support tickets within the required SLA.
Escalate unresolved or complex technical issues to the L2/L3 team.
Assist with current employee system setup, configuration, and onboarding.
Ensure systems are updated, secure, and functioning properly.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers whenever required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
