Job Title: Quality Engineer – Sheet Metal Stamping

Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Job Profile:
Experience in quality assurance of sheet metal stamping parts.
Handle First Part Approval (FPA), in-process inspection, and pre-dispatch inspection.
Prepare and maintain PPAP documents, including Control Plan, PFMEA, and inspection records.
Maintain ISO/IATF quality management system documentation.
Handle customer complaints, perform root cause analysis (RCA), implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and ensure timely closure.
Interpret engineering drawings and use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
Coordinate with production, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
Valuable knowledge of quality tools and documentation with solid problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
