About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager to lead and manage statutory, tax, internal, and management audits for corporate and MSME clients. The role involves audit planning, risk assessment, financial review, team management, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute statutory, tax, internal, and management audits.
Review financial statements and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.
Assess risks, evaluate internal controls, and identify process gaps or irregularities.
Prepare clear audit reports with actionable recommendations.
Supervise, mentor, and manage audit team members.
Coordinate with clients and ensure timely completion of audit assignments.
Stay updated with changes in accounting, taxation, and regulatory requirements.




Ensure compliance with Indian taxation, company law, and applicable audit standards.

Requirements
CA or equivalent professional qualification with relevant audit management/senior audit experience.
Solid knowledge of Accounting and Finance.
Hands-on experience in financial audits and financial statement review.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting/audit software.
Familiarity with GSTN, MCA, and ITD portals.
Valuable communication and report-writing skills.
Strong team leadership and ability to manage multiple audit engagements.
Up-to-date knowledge of Indian taxation and company law.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
