Job Summary:
We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive who can handle customer enquiries, generate sales, and maintain solid client relationships. The candidate should have good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and online portals.
Convert enquiries into sales through effective negotiation.
Regular follow-up with existing and recent customers.
Handle B2B portals such as IndiaMART, Justdial, and TradeIndia.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers until order confirmation.
Maintain customer data and sales records in CRM.
Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and dispatch.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
