Job Title: Floor Manager

Job Summary:

The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations ensuring smooth customer service, proper inventory handling, and efficient team coordination. The role focuses on maintaining product availability, supporting sales, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day shop floor activities and staff
Assist customers in selecting paints, colors, and related products
Ensure proper display and arrangement of paint products and accessories
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory/purchase team for replenishment
Handle billing support and ensure accurate transactions
Resolve customer queries and complaints in a qualified manner
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the shop
Train and guide sales staff on product knowledge and customer handling




Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials
Track daily sales and prepare basic reports for management

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass or equivalent; graduate preferred
2–5 years of experience in retail, hardware, or paint shop operations
Basic knowledge of paints, colors, and related materials (preferred)
Valuable communication and customer handling skills
Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Excel)
Ability to manage a small team and multitask
