Job Summary

ServiceNow Technical Architect designs, governs, and oversees enterprise-wide ServiceNow platform implementations. They bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution, ensuring solutions across modules like ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD are secure, scalable, and aligned with platform best practices

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture: Lead end-to-end design of ServiceNow applications, custom solutions, and workflows

Integration Design: Architect complex data flows and integrations between ServiceNow and third-party enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Azure, AWS, CRM/ERP) utilizing REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.

Governance & Standards: Establish code and architecture review processes, instance management strategies,



and guardrails for platform scalability.

Technical Leadership: Mentor developers, provide tier-3 escalation support, and align technical choices with the overall product roadmap
