Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in process engineering or industrial process control.
10+ years of APC experience in Oil & Gas, refining, or petrochemical industry.
Solid hands-on experience with APC platforms (e.g., Aspen) and DCS (Honeywell, Yokogawa, Schneider, Emerson).
Proven ability to work with operations, DCS & instrumentation maintenance, and engineering teams.
Offshore certifications may be required (Medical, BOSIET OPITO).

Experience
Experience with both refining and upstream processes.
Proficient with upstream and offshore operations, including deep water.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain APC roadmap for assigned sites.
Oversee, monitor, and sustain APC applications in run mode.
Track and improve APC performance and advantages.




Coordinate with site teams on APC troubleshooting and daily management.
Collaborate with production teams on tuning, operational changes, and shutdown/start-up planning.
Ensure measurement reliability impacting APC.
Apply APC standards and best practices across sites.
Coach and mentor engineers.
Support deployment of new APC projects.

Preferred Skills
Multi-site APC support experience.
Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Technical leadership and communication ability.
Conversational French.
