The role involves assisting patients/customers over the phone with healthcare-related services, particularly scheduling and rescheduling medical appointments. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound/outbound customer calls related to healthcare services. Assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelling medical appointments. Provide accurate information regarding appointments, healthcare services, and related queries. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance in a qualified and empathetic manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment details.



Follow defined processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines. Escalate complex or unresolved customer queries to the appropriate team. Ensure a positive customer experience while handling sensitive healthcare-related conversations. Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in a voice/calling/customer service process preferred.
Experience in healthcare, medical appointment booking, BPO, or customer service will be an added advantage.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English/Hindi.
Valuable listening and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM/calling systems.
