Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Monitoring & Tools.
Valuable To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to analyze system performance and implement monitoring strategies.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.
Familiarity with integration of monitoring tools within enterprise environments.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Monitoring & Tools.
This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
