Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated AI/ML Engineer (Fresher) to join our data science and engineering team. In this role, you will help design, build, and deploy machine learning models to solve real-world business problems. You will work alongside senior engineers and data scientists to preprocess data, train models, and integrate AI solutions into our production setting.

Key Responsibilities
Data Preparation: Clean, transform, and structure raw data from multiple sources for machine learning pipelines.
Model Development: Assist in developing, training, and evaluating predictive algorithms and deep learning models.
Pipeline Integration: Support the deployment and maintenance of ML models into production API endpoints.
Research & Experimentation: Stay updated on contemporary AI frameworks, Generative AI trends, and foundational models to conduct POCs (Proof of Concepts).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with backend engineers, product managers, and software teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Knowledge of PowerFX , Power BI, copilot

Qualifications & Requirements
Education:



Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
Programming Skills: Solid proficiency in Python (C++ or Java is a plus).
ML Frameworks: Familiarity with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
Foundational Knowledge: Solid understanding of linear algebra, calculus, probability, statistics, and core ML algorithms (e.g., Regression, Decision Trees, Clustering).
Version Control: Basic experience using Git and GitHub/GitLab.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)
Experience with Generative AI techniques, LLMs, or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker).
Exposure to database management using SQL or NoSQL.
Contributions to open-source projects, Kaggle competitions, or personal AI portfolio projects.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
