Job Summary:

Foxy Digits is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR intern to support day-to-day HR operations and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will assist in hiring, onboarding, employee coordination, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
Support onboarding & joining formalities
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
Assist in HR operations and MIS reporting
Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries
Support exit formalities and documentation
Ensure compliance with company HR policies

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Graduation required; MBA (HR) preferred




Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation
Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Candidate should have prior experience in IT recruitment and must be familiar with hiring for technical roles.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Immediate or short notice period preferred
Solid organizational and coordination skills
Willingness to learn and grow in HR domain
