We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Billing Engineer to join our team for high-rise residential and commercial real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
Quantity take-off and estimation
Preparation and verification of RA Bills
Contractor/subcontractor bill certification
BOQ preparation and rate analysis
Measurement and reconciliation of quantities
Cost monitoring and variation management
Coordination with project, procurement and accounts teams
Maintaining accurate billing and quantity records
Candidate Profile
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience in high-rise residential and commercial projects
Solid knowledge of quantity surveying, billing, BOQ and rate analysis
Valuable knowledge of Excel and AutoCAD
Candidates with relevant real estate/construction experience preferred
