Role & responsibilities
Prepare techno-commercial offers based on customer requirements received from the sales team.
Develop machine layouts, production plans, and VISIO drawings for customer proposals.
Maintain and update sales databases, SharePoint, SAP/ERP, and commercial documentation.
Coordinate with Order Processing, Mill Planning, and Commercial teams for order execution.
Manage post-order documentation, including EPCG, TDS, CDS, installation certificates, and signed order confirmations.
Support sales promotion activities, customer events, and exhibitions in coordination with the marketing team.
Arrange travel and administrative support for the front-line sales team.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of sales support activities while maintaining data integrity.





Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's Degree in Textile Technology/Textile Engineering.
3 -- 4 years of experience in the textile spinning industry.
Experience in spinning mills or textile machinery industry preferred.
Robust understanding of yarn spinning technology and spinning machinery.
Knowledge of machine layouts, production planning, and commercial documentation.
Basic knowledge of SAP/ERP systems and order processing.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Valuable communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
